Alison Stoffle – Student Midwife, Certified Doula, Mother, HorseWoman
Ever since Alison gave birth to her own daughter, now 4 years old, she has been passionate about birth and the space in which birth occurs. She has recently started assisting at home-births with a local midwife and thoroughly enjoyed incorporating more skills in the process. Seeing peaceful home births has made her more passionate about educating mothers about the physiological process of birth.
In her time outside of the birth space, Alison spends a lot of time with her daughter as a single mother, balancing work and play. She also has a deeply rooted interest in horses and has her own nearby that she has owned since she was 10 years old. Alison has many varying interests, such as reading, snow sports, cooking, and traveling. She plans to homeschool her daughter and looks forward to someday having her own small homestead.
